If you need your garments in a rush and your logo is relatively straight forward we can usually digitise it in house and process your order as a matter of urgency ready for the next day. Unfortunately there will be a surcharge for this service however we will try and keep all costs at a minimum.
We use both external digitising experts and also do our own in house, using the latest software from Wilcom you can be sure that your required image will be reproduced as accurate as possible.
Email or bring your image file into store and we will give you a price for the digitising of it.
Your file will then be digitised ready for embroidery and a screen shot of how the image will look when stiched will be sent for your approval.
As soon as you have approved the image file and paid your deposit we will proceed to fulfill your order on the items you have requested, normally all orders are fulfilled within 5 days however we will notify you of an estimated timescale as soon as you place your order. For large orders we sometimes use an external provider to fulfill the order to ensure you receive your items in the requested time frame.
