Due to the nature of HTV this process is ideal for one off designs or smaller orders that make the screen printing method not cost effective. Using Roland technology your design is contour cut into the vinyl and then simply heat pressed onto the garment. This method of printing uses a similar process to screen printing, each colour of your image is separated and then cut individually, and finally pressed onto your garment.
